Our retreats blend somatic practices with expert coaching in immersive sacred locations, from swimming in private cenotes and temazcal ceremonies in Tulum's jungle, to dancing under stars and gathering in coastal sanctuaries around the world.

Fifteen years ago, I was living what looked like a perfect life. Successful career. Loving marriage. Everything checked off.

Except I felt completely disconnected from my body. From pleasure. From myself.

My marriage was sexless. Not because of lack of love, but because I had no idea how to access my own desire, my own aliveness. I was living entirely in my head, completely cut off from my feminine power.

That's when everything changed.

I discovered embodiment work, tantra, and somatic practices. And for the first time in my life, I felt something shift, not in my mind, but in my cells. I created new imprints of what was possible for me to feel. My body remembered what my mind had forgotten.

That awakening became my life's work.

Over the past 15 years, I've guided over 2,000 women through this transformation in 18+ countries around the world. I've taught at Lululemon, Boom Festival, One World Tantra Festival, and been featured in Annabelle, Future Horizon, and beyond.

Here's what I know: Talk therapy helps us understand our past. But embodiment creates our future. That's why therapists and coaches refer their clients to me (and come work with me themselves). Because this work goes deeper than insight. It creates cellular change. New neural pathways. Different ways of being that live in your nervous system.

Transformation happens when we become the woman we say we want to be. Not in theory. In our bodies.

La Finca Paradiso is lovingly cared for by a small, intentional community of volunteers who live on the land. Their presence weaves devotion, stewardship, and authenticity into every corner of the finca.

The sanctuary is sustained as both a home and a retreat space — where personal inner journeys and the welcoming of guests coexist in harmony.

From sunrise practices to firelit dinners under the stars, this land holds you in every moment.

La Finca Paradiso is located in the countryside of Turre, Almería in southern Spain, offering a peaceful, nature-immersed retreat setting.

You'll need a valid passport to fly into Spain. Your passport must be valid for the duration of your stay.

How to Arrive:

Fly into nearest airports: Almería Airport (LEI) – 50–60 minutes by car; Murcia International Airport (RMU) – 1.5 hours by car; Alicante Airport (ALC) – 2 to 2.5 hours by car.

Getting to La Finca Paradiso

Renting a car is the most convenient option, with detailed driving directions provided after booking.
Public transport from Almería Airport: take a bus to Vera or Turre (ALSA), then a short taxi ride or retreat pickup.
Public transport from Murcia or Alicante: take a bus toward Vera (ALSA), then a taxi or arranged transfer to La Finca Paradiso (20–25 minutes).

We will create a group chat to coordinate shared shuttles.

UnTamed starts at 5pm on day 1. You are welcome to check in as early as 3pm.

Departure on June 4, 2026

We finish the retreat at 11am on the last day, followed by a brunch.

No. This somatic women's retreat is for all women—single, partnered, married, divorced, or exploring. The work is about your relationship with yourself first. Many partnered women attend to reignite their own aliveness, which naturally transforms their intimate relationships.

There is no “type” of woman who comes to UnTamed. We welcome women from ages 19–72, CEOs, creatives, mothers, wellness practitioners, and women in life transitions.

Not at all. No Tantra, embodiment, or somatic experience is required. You will be met gently at your own level. All you need is the desire to say YES to yourself.
The Mexico retreat is intentionally capped at 25-30 women to ensure intimacy, personal attention, and a deep sisterhood experience.
