I’m an embodied feminine leadership coach. I love supporting women and couples who boldly create lives that turn them ON - in love, life, and business so they feel more alive than ever.
At one point, if you told me that I’d go from being a celibate yogi to a sexually liberated woman, I would’ve never believed you.
Now, I bring over 13+ years of facilitating personal growth, drawing from the fields of embodiment, somatics, conscious communication, tantra, shamanic traditions, business, and emergent leadership.
I’m a sought-after speaker and known for my skillful facilitation and ability to create brave spaces for people to stop playing small and express themselves unapologetically in the world.

The minimum amount of time is to show up for the 5 in person sessions (20 hours).
You'll receive integration & resources between our sessions that help you bring UnTamed into your daily life.
Let’s put it this way - If you were to only show up for the in-person sessions, that would be an incredible experience.The supplemental material (which you’ll want to make time for because you’ll feel amazing) are here for you in a way you most find supportive, whether it is during the program or as an integration resource after.
