We're a growing company with a distributed team of four people, rooted in women's empowerment.
And we are looking for our trailblazing COO / Business Manager to take us to the next level!
The Role

Is managing operations your superpower and do you find delight in getting a team to fire on all cylinders?
Are you great at managing teams and getting the best out of them whilst keeping a positive work environment?
You'll be Alice’s right hand and confidant, bringing her visions to life and ensuring that our strategy, operations, and team are perfectly aligned.
You’ll be key in supercharging our business growth from 6 to 7 figures in revenue, growing our email subscriber base from thousands to 50K (aka developing our tribe), and managing our operations and budget like a boss.
1. Strategic Partner to the CEO - Bringing Vision into Reality
You ensure our CEO can stay in her zone of genius, as you translate her visionary concepts into concrete actions.
Your strategic mindset, coupled with your love for execution, makes you an invaluable ally in our shared mission of empowering women.
You serve as a critical voice of reason, identifying and dismantling hurdles that may impede progress.
2. Team Navigator - Guiding Our Collective Efforts
Your leadership style inspires and energizes, fostering a high-performance culture, and guiding our team toward achieving our vision, goals, and objectives.
You assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members, making sure they are strong, skilled, and ready to rock.
You hold people accountable, foster clear communication, and prioritize tasks to ensure the team stays focused and productive.
3. Business Architect - Designing our Plan and Metrics
You are a master planner, you architect our business strategies, shaping them into actionable initiatives.
Your expertise in project management, budgeting, OKRs and KPIs ensures our plans are not just well-designed but brilliantly executed and aligned with our goals.
You have a keen eye for financial operations, creating budgets, managing expenses, and identifying opportunities for growth.
4. Integration Maestro - Orchestrating Harmony within the Business
You are obsessed with organizational clarity and are the vital connection between sales & marketing, operations, and finance to enable a seamlessly flowing system.
You ensure our systems like Active Campaign, Canva, Slack, Notion, and Asana are integrated seamlessly.
You develop and implement operational processes (SOPs) and software tools to enhance efficiency across the organization.
5. Operations Conductor - Orchestrating Day-to-Day Excellence
You are a steady force, the heartbeat of conducting the day-to-day management of our business including responsibility for our P&L and business plan execution.
You masterfully manage the project lifecycle, planning and executing events, programs, and retreats with finesse.
You elevate our company's brand, overseeing content approvals and ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines across all platforms.
About You
You are:
A seasoned team & project manager with a proven track record of project completion (you have impeccable follow through).
A clear and direct communicator (you mean what you say and say what you mean).
Decisive and results driven (you love to crush goals!)
Self-initiated and proactive (see what needs to be done and do it).
Analytical, data-driven and super organized (color coded spreadsheets might be your love language).
An organizational management rockstar (obsessed with efficient processes).
Reliable and consistent (the glue that holds everything together).
Structured and budget oriented (focus on achieving objectives within financial constraints).
A master planner with foresight (can anticipate business needs and plan ahead).
Embracing of growth mentality (personal development is a key personal value).
Tech savvy (you love technology and see it as rocket fuel for business organization and growth).
Requirements
Must be able to work within European working hours.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop a high-performing team.
Experience in project management and online business operations.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Must be tech savvy.
Familiarity with digital marketing and the ability to work closely with marketing experts to grow our audience.
Keen eye for what constitutes excellent conversion copywriting and graphic design.
Capable of providing quality control and guidance in the production process of content and programs.
BONUS if…
You have experience working in the self-development field.
Knowledge and passion for women's empowerment and sexuality.
Knowledge of these systems: Active Campaign, Canva, Slack, Notion, and Asana.
Have experience producing in-person events and online programs & content.
Familiar with branding for a modern, luxury, feminine brand.
